Fannie Mae Announces 3.5 Percent Seller Assistance on HomePath® Properties
Just a quickie today. A Fannie Mae press release has let it be known that Fannie's knees are starting to buckle and things are getting desperate to move some inventory by announcing this welcome news on seller assistance. Bad news for Fannie may be good news for aspiring homeowners.
